Budget: RM4,230 (the retained business money — funded by the founder’s RM2,000/month loan repayment, made as stock purchases). Prices from BFF Price List (Reta) + TCI Price List (GHK-Cu). USD→RM @ 4.0 (founder-confirmed). Shipping: BFF US$55($220) + TCI US$40($160), both fixed per order.

Leaves ~RM738 — hold as the start of a cash buffer, or add a 2nd R20 / GHK box to deploy the full RM4,230. (Tip: time GHK with another TCI order to avoid paying the RM160 TCI shipping for just one box.)

Phasing to the RM2,000/month repayment

• Month 1 (~RM2,000): 1× R60 + 1× R20 + 1× GHK = RM2,210 → restocks the engine, tests 20mg, refills GHK.
• Month 2 (~RM1,340): 1× R60 (+ buffer) → tops Reta back up.
• Each tranche = the founder buying stock with personal money = RM2,000 knocked off the RM4,230 owed (TXN-20260601-001).

⚠️ Confirm before ordering

1. BFF R60 $287 was a Jan promo (−68%) — re-confirm current price; it may be higher (fewer vials per ringgit).
2. Live USD/MYR rate (used 4.5).
3. TCI shipping for the GHK box (not yet known).
4. Set the Reta 20mg dropship price before selling — currently undefined (Pricing Model gap).
5. Two separate shipments (BFF for Reta, TCI for GHK) — or consolidate Reta-only via BFF and time the GHK with another TCI order.
