Peptide promotes overcoming of the limit of human fibroblast division

Key finding

Epithalon (Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly) induced telomerase activity and ~2.4x telomere elongation in human somatic (fetal fibroblast) cells, extending divisions by ~42.5% — evidence of overcoming the Hayflick limit in vitro.
