Morning Sunlight
What it is
- Getting bright outdoor light in the eyes early after waking (and full-spectrum daytime light).
How it works
- Anchors the circadian rhythm (cortisol-awakening response, evening melatonin timing) via melanopsin signalling — the same pathway Epithalon is hypothesised to support (melanopsin upregulation).
Goal relevance
- Foundational for sleep/REM and for the nighttime GH pulse that pre-sleep GH peptides augment; supports hormonal health broadly.
How to do it
- ~10–30 min outdoor light soon after waking; pair with darkness/low blue light at night.
Cautions
- Don’t stare at the sun; UV caution midday.
