Key finding

In healthy adults, a single CJC-1295 injection raised plasma GH 2-10x for 6+ days and IGF-1 1.5-3x for 9-11 days (estimated half-life 5.8-8.1 days); safe and well tolerated at 30-60 mcg/kg.
