Skin & Hair Protocol (Aesthetic)
Goal
Regenerate skin (collagen, wrinkles, density) and support hair growth — mostly topical, the layer with the best human evidence.
Provenance & framing
Research/educational only. Injectable copper peptides aren’t FDA-approved; topical GHK-Cu isn’t banned. Build with a clinician.
Why it synergises (three layers)
- Peptides: GHK-Cu is the centerpiece (collagen synthesis + remodeling via gene regulation, Angiogenesis); collagen-mimetic Matrixyl/Tripeptide-29; SNARE/“Botox-like” SNAP-8/Acetyl Hexapeptide-3 for expression lines; Decapeptide-12 for brightening; AHK-Cu for hair.
- Behaviors: near-infrared/red-light Sauna is synergistic with topical GHK-Cu; Sleep Hygiene (repair); Morning Sunlight for circadian skin health (with UV caution).
Timing & intake
- Topical GHK-Cu 0.5–2%, once daily, ideally compounding-pharmacy grade; boost with micro-needling (q2–4 wk) + hyaluronic-acid pre-hydration; pair with red light. SubQ GHK-Cu adds systemic/longevity benefit.
Cautions
[warning]GHK-Cu injection-site stinging; UV caution; cancer-caution applies to its angiogenesis (lower than BPC, but avoid in active cancer).

Monitoring
- Skin/hair photos; topical irritation.
